From over 100 submissions the winners in each category for the East Anglian Book Awards have now been announced they are:

  • New York to California by Jeremy Page (Propolis) – General non-fiction
  • Imperial Mud: The Fight for the Fens by James Boyce (Icon Books) – History
  • The House of One Hundred Clocks by A. M. Howell (Usborne) – Children’s
  • So Many Rooms by Laura Scott (Carcanet) – Poetry
  • The Choice by Clare Wade (Orion) – Fiction
  • How to be Autistic by Charlotte Amelia Poe (Myriad) – Biography and Memoir

The final judging panel will chose the Book of the Year 2020 from these titles

As we are unable to hold our usual live event this year, the winners in each category, the Book By The Cover, the East Anglian Book of the Year and the Outstanding Contribution Award will be announced at a special free online event on Thursday 19th November between 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
