How to get to St James Mill

 

On Foot

From the city centre follow the map or search on your phone (the post code is NR3 1SH) and enter the site by the main entrance just over the bridge on the opposite bank to the Law Courts. The offices are situated in St James Mill and the Reception is on the river side of the building.

By Train

There are frequent train connections from London (Liverpool Street), Cambridge and the Midlands. For information on time tables use www.greateranglia.co.uk

Norwich Station is a ten minute walk from Whitefriars. The quickest route is to cross over the River Wensum on leaving the station and turn immediately right across the terrace of the Compleat Angler Pub. Follow the riverside path around until you reach Bishopgate. Turn left and follow the road round until you reach the Adam and Eve pub on your right. Cross the St Helen’s Wharf car park and cross the Jarrold Bridge. Turn left and follow the riverbank until you reach the entrance.

By Car

From the A11 Follow the Newmarket Road into Norwich City Centre. Turn left at the St Stephen’s roundabout onto Chapelfield Road at the roundabout, take the second exit onto (down) Grapes Hill, and take the second exit at the next roundabout onto St Crispin’s Road, straight over the next two roundabouts. For visitor parking, after the smaller roundabout on Barrack Street turn right into the large entrance marked Jarrold before Nuffield Health Norwich Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. Turn right through the entrance marked Jarrold Training. Visitor parking is situated near to the river at the far right end of the car park. For reception follow the path by the river to the front of St James Mill. Disabled parking is available at the front of St James Mill.
