Jarrold are delighted to welcome Michelin-starred chef Galton Blackiston to the store for the launch of his great new seafood cookbook Hook Line Sinker.
Galton is familiar to UK food lovers from his regular appearances on BBC TV’s Saturday Kitchen and as a finalist on The Great British Menu. And of course he runs the renowned Morston Hall hotel and restaurant on the north Norfolk coast, as well as the wonderful No. 1 fish restaurant in Cromer.
Hook Line Sinker is going to be a gorgeous book, packed with tried and tested recipes from Galton’s lifelong love affair with fish and shellfish. The book features a foreword by Michel Roux OBE, who says: “Like all the best recipe books, Hook Line Sinker is not merely a collection of recipes but an honest celebration of life, discoveries and ideas: a story shared about the simple, sometimes nostalgic, pleasures of sharing and eating.”
