Jarrold's is delighted to continue to support Norfolk & Norwich Festival in 2009. This year the company is joining with Mills & Reeve in supporting an event which promises to be a memorable highlight of the sixteen day festival. On 14th May, Dawn Upshaw, one of the world's greatest sopranos, will join with the Brodsky Quartet and the Andalucian Dogs for performances of works by Bartok and the first UK performance, since its acclaimed London premiere in 2004, of Osvaldo Golijov's Ayre. The performance will take place in Norwich Cathedral.
On 7th May, Jarrold's is also supporting An Evening with Martin Amis hosted by Robert McCrum, associate editor of The Observer and the current chair of the New Writing Partnership. This event takes place at Norwich Playhouse.
