Jarrold & Sons Ltd Completes Acquisition of R.G.Pilch Ltd

Jarrold are delighted to confirm today (15 June 2005) the completion of the acquisition of R.G.Pilch Ltd. which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Jarrold & Sons Ltd.

It will continue to be very much business as usual with the Jarrold management working closely with the Pilch team in Norwich to ensure continuity and a smooth transition.

Jarrold are also looking forward to working with INTERSPORT, and continuing this buying group relationship.
